As our Receptionist, Joyce strives to make your visit with us as pleasant as possible. She greets our patients and processes any important documents necessary for your appointment. She updates your personal and insurance information, assists patient with questions and concerns as well as scheduling your next appointment.
She was born and raised in Massachusetts and moved to Florida 3 year ago because she loves the warm weather. In her free time she enjoys working in her yard, going to the beach and swimming in her pool.

Melissa is our insurance verification specialist. She verifies each patient's insurance and gets authorizations if necessary. She also helps with prescription calls and medical assisting.
Melissa moved to Florida 10 years ago from New Jersey and has been in the medical field for more that 15 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son at the beach and vacationing in the mountains of Tennessee.

Skai is very well behaved, well mannered lab mix. She was adopted by Dr. Birbeck as a puppy and has been with her ever since. At times she may come to visit us and spend time with us at the office. She is part of our family and she makes sure we are all safe. She enjoys long walks , interacting with people, running and playing outside.
