Dr. Tammy Birbeck strives to provide her patients the best possible Gynecological healthcare. Gulf Women's Center was created with the patient in mind. Her goal is to provide the highest quality patient care and unprecedented experience in gynecology.
Dr. Birbeck is Board Certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology since 2003. Dr. Birbeck has stayed current in these fields throughout the past 15 years. She specializes in minimally invasive surgical gynecology including: Davinci Robotic procedures, Robotic Hysterectomy, Sacral Colpopexy, Vaginal and Pelvic Floor Prolapse, and Vaginal Rejuvenation.
Dr. Birbeck recently relocated from Michigan to this growing community to offer her expertise in Gynecology working in cooperation with the present Healthcare Team.
Dr. Birbeck's goal is to support and encourage every woman to excel on their journey. Her practice is open to patients of all ages including children and adolescents.
Ashley is a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Frontier Nursing University in March 2020. Her Master’s degree training and education focused solely on the care of women in all stages of life. She initially became a nurse in 2007 and has worked in multiple areas of nursing. She truly loves women’s health and is dedicated to enhancing women’s quality of life. She strives to create a comfortable environment for her patients to help foster open lines of communication and a superior patient-provider relationship.
Ashley has been married for 12 years and has two children. She is originally from Michigan but has been living in Englewood for the last 17 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hosting events for her children, thrift store shopping and boating.
She is so excited to be joining Dr. Birbeck and Gulf Women’s Center for Health & Surgery to provide exceptional care alongside the rest of the team.

As our Receptionist, Joyce strives to make your visit with us as pleasant as possible. She greets our patients and processes any important documents necessary for your appointment. She updates your personal and insurance information, assists patient with questions and concerns as well as scheduling your next appointment.
Joyce has been working as a medical receptionist for over 5 years. She previously worked at South East Hospital for 23 years in the Recovery Room. She enjoys interaction with people. She has always enjoyed working in healthcare because it is a way she can help others.
She was born and raised in Massachusetts and moved to Florida 3 year ago because she loves the warm weather. In her free time she enjoys working in her yard, going to the beach and swimming in her pool.
As our Scheduling Coordinator, Carol is the main point of contact for all your appointment needs. She is responsible for all New and Established patient appointments including those referred to us from their Primary Care Provider or other Specialists. She confirms all appointments, assists our patients with any questions or concerns related to their upcoming visit. She provides our patients with all the necessary information to complete their new patient paperwork. This includes our secured patient portal as well as the paper option. She obtains all pertinent information required for your visit including communicating with patients about insurance participation and provide visit costs for self pay patients.
Carol has been in the medical field for over 25 years. She is drawn to medicine because she is passionate about helping others. She has made a difference in the lives of so many because "the patients come first" is how she approaches each patient.
She move to Florida 3 years ago from Quensberry, NY. She grew up in the Adirondack Mountains where the winters were cold. She moved to Florida where the sun shines almost 365 days a year. She enjoys the beautiful beaches and the palm trees we have in Florida.
Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day's work for Sarah. As the Business Office Manager, she is responsible for all office procedures, and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Her goal is to incorporate the wealth of knowledge and customer service that she has acquired to equip our team to the best serve out patients and their families.
She is an Englewood homegrown, who graduated from our local Lemon Bay High School. She cares deeply for the community and her three children. She loves watching her kids play sports, being on the water, and spending time with family and friends.
Michael has been a licensed physical therapist for over 25 years. He specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy that can treat conditions such as urinary incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic floor pain issues. He uses biofeedback training to help improve the strength and coordination of the pelvic floor,as well as targeted exercises to decrease stress and pressure on the pelvic floor musculature. His clinical training includes courses with Biofeedback Certification International Alliance and numerous Herman and Wallace pelvic floor training courses.
Elina was born in Gomel, Belorussia, but grew up in Central Russia. She received her nursing degree at Ufa College of Nursing, and subsequently continued her medical education as a Medical Doctor (MD) at Bashkir State Medical University, Ufa, Russia.
Elina, and her family, immigrated to the US in 1995 and settled in Boston, MA. At that time she started the process of becoming a nurse practitioner. She was awarded her Masters in Nursing (MSN) in 2000 with her ARNP to follow in 2001. Elina Belilovskiy completed her degree at Regis College in Weston, MA. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine (NACC). She is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Elina practiced as ARNP in Internal Medicine and Woman’s Health in Norwood, MA for 5 years prior to moving to the Sarasota/Venice area in 2006. She opened the “UROCARE Center for Bladder and Pelvic Health” in 2006 based on her special training and interest in incontinence and pelvic floor therapies for both men and women. While practicing at Urocare, Elina has continued to advance her education in the area of Women’s Health with special interest in wellness, nutrition and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. Elina has received a special training in Urodynamics Testing, which is an integral diagnostic tool in understanding and management of various types of bladder dysfunctions in men and women.
Elina joined our team at Gulf Women’s Center in July 2020 as part of our Incontinence Clinic performing Urodynamics Studies for our patients.
Elina lives in Sarasota, FL with her husband of 21 years and 3 daughters. She enjoys yoga on the beach, swimming, cooking with her daughters and multiple cultural events that Sarasota area has to offer.
As the Medical Assistant Tina works side by side with Dr. Birbeck to ensure that the patients experience in the office is a pleasant one.
She has been in the Medical Field as a Medical Assistant for 7 years, she has been a Medical Assistant primarily in the field of Gynecology. She enjoys playing a part in the health and care of women, ensuring they get the best treatment possible. She has been part of Gulf Women's Center since October 2020.
Tina was born and raised in the sunny state of Florida. She is a mother to a beautiful daughter and has recently moved to North Port from Venice. During her free time she enjoys exercising, playing video games, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her daughter and family.
Skai is very well behaved, well mannered lab mix. She was adopted by Dr. Birbeck as a puppy and has been with her ever since. At times she may come to visit us and spend time with us at the office. She is part of our family and she makes sure we are all safe. She enjoys long walks , interacting with people, running and playing outside.
